How NetworkingTables works
NetworkingTables turns headcount, group labels, and timing into a table rotation plan. The larger group moves one table each round, the smaller group stays seated, and the display keeps the room aligned with a simple countdown and move phase.
1. Set up the room
Name the two groups, choose colors, enter the number of guests in each group, and set the conversation length and walking pause.
2. Put numbers on guests
Guests follow their number on the screen. The number plates are separated visually so two matching numbers stay readable even when the colors are similar.
3. Run the session
Open the big screen, scan the control link on your phone, and start. If the phone relay is unavailable, the room still runs from the screen controls or keyboard.
4. Recover if something reloads
Sessions are saved locally for two days. A refresh should bring the organiser back to the current session instead of losing the room.
